The Project

Cunliffe House is located in Chorley Town Centre. The previous use was an old doctors surgery, it’s now 5 self-contained units.

This project was in keeping with our sustainable values. As this was a brownfield site, our impact on the environment was minimised. When building on Greenfield sites you are effecting the environment in more ways than one. With this particular development we used locally sourced insulation for the positive thermal effects offered.
