We keep an eye on the latest innovative sustainable materials that are on the market right now. We pride ourselves on our green image, but we want to improve. There are a number of different Sustainable variables GID will be implementing in the future.

We have strong links to Architecture at our core, we believe in every project and we always deliver an appealing design led scheme. In keeping with the ever-evolving world we live in, we strive to test the limits of innovation with our work.

Our background in residential property gives us years of experience in this field. While we specialise in residential property, commercial property is well within our remit. We have delivered a number of commercial units in the Greater Manchester area.
